Associate Member Program

 

ohio mapCornerstone Alliance, Inc. is a physician hospital organization based in Lima, Ohio. After initiating operations in July, 1996, the organization worked to aid the Lima area physician providers in the shift to a managed care environment. Over the years the organization changed to being a messenger model PHO and is currently in the process of implementing a clinical integration program in conjunction with St. Rita’s Medical Center. Since its founding, Cornerstone has focused only on the 10 counties in and around the Lima service area. The services provided to our current Members have included credentialing the provider panel for our numerous managed care provider contracts.

Cornerstone Alliance PHO is pleased to announce that we have contracted with Provider Services of America to develop a range of services that are private-labeled for Cornerstone member practices. Provider Services of America (PSA) has successfully launched similar programs with other physician networks throughout the United States.

Our new Associate Member Program will offer programs, products and services to our member practices that are designed to do the following:

  • Increase Practice Profitability
  • Lower Costs
  • Increase Practice Efficiency
  • Develop New Revenue Streams for the Practice
  • Improve Patient Relations

These programs are offered to you on an a la carte basis and the decision to use these programs, products and services is strictly voluntary. Again, these offerings are designed to increase your revenues and, in some cases, substantially lower your costs. If you feel that any one of these offerings may be of benefit to your practice, you can simply fill out the contact section found at the bottom of the fliers to be faxed or emailed to your practice. Then send these forms back to PSA who will follow up with your practice and answer any questions you might have about the program(s) of which you have an interest. There is no cost to your practice to enroll in this program, and these offerings could make a significant contribution to your practice goals in 2014.

There is no up-front cost or prior registration process to join the Associate Member program. Just contact any of the vendors listed below to see if you can receive greater value for your practice by participating in any of these programs. How to Join the Cornerstone Alliance, Inc. Associate Member Program

All that practices have to do to join are:

  1. Sign the Member Agreement and email or send to Cornerstone.
  2. Pay the Membership fee of $100.00 per physician provider via PayPal or send payment to Cornerstone.
